IT Cosmetics CC Cream

As you all know and are probably sick of hearing by now, I suffer with super dry skin. It makes finding a base that doesn't crack and look like scales extremely difficult. I saw a few people rave about IT cosmetics so I decided to give it a go and it may have been the best decision of my life. At £30 it is on the pricier side but it is definitely worth it.

Your Skin But Better CC+ Cream with SPF 50+

The hype is real with this CC cream. I absolutely adore it. If you have dry skin then you need to try this. I didn't really believe it when it said a CC Cream would be full coverage but it really is. I am so impressed with the coverage. It evens out my skin and covers my ridiculously red cheeks. It's full coverage without being cakey or scaley and is nicely hydrating. It gives a natural looking healthy glow and looks great with just mascara for a "no makeup" look.

The shade range isn't great. I got the shade Light in this one and it's definitely a touch too dark so I have to mix it with my lightening drops. It is also a tad pricey, however, I love it so much I will definitely be repurchasing.

The packaging looks so gorgeous when it's new, but as you can see from the picture it doesn't wear very well. I absolutely love that it comes with a pump though because I was just expecting a squeezy tube. I also love that you can cut these open to scrape out every last drop.

Your Skin But Better CC+ Illumination SPF 50+

I thought I was going to love this one. I'm all about Dewy, glowy skin so thought illumination was right up my street. Wrong. This CC cream is just pure glitter. There's just so much sparkle.  It also does not work for dry skin. The sparkle just seemed to accentuate my dry scales and wrinkles that I didn't even know I had. It looked cakey in some places and in others it managed to make my parched skin look oily. The coverage is also nowhere near as good as the original. I will definitely be sticking to that one.

I got the lightest shade in this one, which is fair, and that definitely matched my skin better, which was probably the only pro. Oh and the pink packaging is super cute

Have you tried anything from IT cosmetics? What are your faves?

I've recently tried a sample of the Superhero mascara and I desperately need it in my life. It may even be better than my all-time fave Smashbox Full Exposure. Sarah has also told me I need the concealer and when she says I need something I definitely do. You can check out her review here.
