Hair Care Favourites

Todays post is a tad late because I feel like crap. Hydrotherapy kicked my ass and I think I'm coming down with something. I feel like I need to sleep for a couple of months. Blurgh

Anyway here's a post on some hair care faves. I have super thick hair and I am beyond lazy with it. This is partially because of my fatigue and the pain of lifting my arms above my head and partially because I can be really lazy. It's honestly lucky if it sees a hair brush. I also try and not wash it for as long as possible because that shit is exhausting. I have however got a selection of favourites that make my hair look and feel nice with minimum effort. I haven't included dry shampoo because I'm on the hunt for a new one to hopefully be my fave but at the mo I currently have about 5 cans of batiste on the go.

Got2b Mind Blowing Xpress Dry Styling Spray

I mentioned this in my September favourites. I've only had it for a week or two but it is already a staple in my hair care. I have super thick hair that takes a billion years to dry. Seriously I go to bed with it wet and it will still be wet until the next evening. It's ridiculous. Drying my hair is hard work on my crappy arms and I get sick & dizzy under the heat too long. This seriously cuts down drying time. It's actual magic and it smells pretty amazing. How I lived without this I'll never know. You need it in your life.

Batiste Shield my locks Heat & Shine Spray

I did a Full Review on this and if you read that you will know how much I love this magical can. This spray is honestly the biggest love of my hairs life. Since using this I always use heat protection spray (I used to be really lazy or forget). It protects against the heat and makes my hair beyond soft and shiny. It makes me feel like the princess I am.

Tigi Bed Head After Party Smoothing Cream

I've had this forever and I probably need to throw away this tube. It smells ammmazzzing. You may have noticed a slight trend with my fave hair care. I need it to smell good. It's an essential. This leaves my hair soo soft and smooth. I love running this through my hair after styling. Then I can't stop running my hands through my super smooth hair.

Fudge Urban Crisp Pear & sweet vanilla texture spray*

I was sent some heavenly scented Fudge Urban products a while ago and I think this is my favourite one. I wasn't sure about it when I did my Full Review but I really like it now. It does still leave a bit of crisp but it just gives soo much texture I can cope with that. This is my go to spray when I'm going out and I want that sexy tousled look. It also smells so damn good. Seriously how do they do it

Umberto Giannini Glam Hair Backcomb In A Bottle

I got this for my friend who never leaves the house without backcombing. She even did it for a midnight junk food trip to Tesco once. Anyway I tried it and fell in love so got myself one in the January sells. It gives so much volume without any of the faff of backcombing. Plus how gorgeous is the packaging.

Umberto Giannini Frizzi Miracle Worker With Argan Oil

I tend to run this through damp hair and oh my god it's soo soft after drying. It contains argan oil and strengthens as well as defrizzes. If you have frizzy hair or just want super soft hair to run your fingers through I definitely recommend this. I love Umberto Giannini products.

L'Oréal Kids Sweet Pear Tangle Tamer

Last but definitely not least. Lets just remember I am an actual child. I have soo much hair and it can get soo knotty. I always used to use this as a kid when my mum would torture me and brush my butt length hair. How she didn't break my neck I will never know. I'm sure I got whiplash a few times though. Anyway she bought me one of these as a joke one christmas and I have honestly never been so happy. It is perfect for my knotty hair and I use it all the time. Plus the smell reminds me of my childhood (and having my hair ripped from my scalp. She actually snapped a hairbrush once).

So that's what my hair has been loving recently. I'm trying to grow it at the moment. I'm kinda excited to try new styles but also kinda expecting to just whack it in a messy bun because effort.
