Thea Skincare

My skin is normally pretty good but it has been very temperamental recently so I jumped at the chance to review some skincare from Thea Skincare and I was sold on these by smell alone. They smell gorgeously fruity and kind of remind me of sherbet lemons. All of Theas products are paraben & sulphate free, vegan-friendly, pH balanced and not tested on animals.

I was sent products from the new skin brightening range which has been formulated to brighten and revive dull skin which I definitely need. The fruit enzyme formulas gently exfoliate the skin without having to use harsh scrubs resulting in smoother and brighter skin. Thea also gives you a list of the ingredients in their products as well as letting you know what each ingredient does.

The first thing I was sent was the Face Renew System Fruit Enzyme Creme Cleanser* (What a mouthful). This is such a handy cleanser as you don't need a lot of water to rinse it, just a damp muslin cloth or cotton wool pad and you're good to go which is great because I only ever remember to clean my face once I'm already in bed. A little bit also goes a long way so this little pot is going to last me a while. Thea claims that this cleanser will give you deeply cleansed, fresh and hydrated skin with a dewy glow and even skin tone. I have definitely noticed my skin looking brighter and less blotchy which is always a good sign.

I was in the process of looking for a new moisturiser when I got the chance to try this Face Renew System Fruit Enzyme Creme Moisturiser* (also a mouthful). This has definitely helped with my dry patches and I find my foundation goes on a lot smoother. A little bit of this also goes a long way and it's not too heavy so it doesn't leave my skin feeling clogged and my face smells like a sherbet lemon so wins all round. It is a bit pricier than I would pay for a moisturiser being a poor student and all but I do love it and you can get the trial size pot for less pennies if you want to give it a go.

What is your favourite moisturiser and cleanser?
